Reason for objection:

Objection: this appears to be a retrospective application for a LDC. The existing property/ annex is not visible from the street but, from the photos provided, does not look fit for human habitation. The application should be refused. NB 79 Maple Road was subject of an earlier PA, 20/02073, to convert the basement into a living unit & was rightly refused.
