Reason:

This property is outside the conservation area but its rear garden borders the university grounds which are inside the CA. Significant hard landscaping to the rear garden is proposed but more tree planting along the border will obscure it and no objection is proposed. This application's re-landscaping at the rear replaces existing paving with what is described as being a permeable surface. Alterations proposed to the front boundary involve a combination of brick wall and small railings similar to the adjoining property. No objection.
