Reason:

No objection. Removal of the existing car port would be of benefit to the CA. The proposed new flat-roofed rear extension however would overlap the empty space & juxtapose with the sloping roof of the existing side extension, less than ideal as viewed from the public realm. It is a disappointment that the proposed extension does not mirror the style of those in very similar neighbouring properties. Our concern, however, is probably not material enough to justify an objection.
