Reason for objection:
The committee strongly objects to the proposal on the grounds of over development within the CA. The proposed development would in no way contribute to or enhance the CA.
WE object to the loss of limited open space wihtin the existing courtyard and the poor quality provision of outdoor amenity space within the proposed development.
