Reason:

Documents have been removed from the RBK database since last week, meaning we can no longer assess this application. The existing boathouse is of tired appearance & would benefit from some refurbishment. Whereas the aims of the application (incl new cycle storage & memorial) are worthy of support, the detailed designs will spark a lot of interest given the prominence & sensitive location of the site and therefore need to be of the highest order.
