Reason:

While we do not disagree in principle with the conversion of this property and works to the rear of the building, the applicant has noted on the application form that the proposal is to replace with the windows with uPVC units but has provided insufficient detail of what is being proposed. This will potentially be harmful to the character and appearance of the conservation area.

The applicant must either provide details of the proposed design of the windows for the front elevation or confirm in writing that they are not part of this scheme.
