Reason for objection:

SCAAC objects to the proposed development as we believe that the density of development would be excessive, visually intrusive and uncharacteristic of the area which is adjacent to the Southborough Conservation Area. We note that there would be a loss of at least one protected tree. There is insufficient information to ascertain whether there would be overlooking of the neighbouring properties in the Southborough Conservation Area, but this is also a significant concern.
