Reason for objection:
Objection unless as revised per below. Although this applicant has addressed some of our concerns on previous PAs the proposed steel arches marking the entry/ exit to garden would not be in keeping with the character & appearance of the surroundings - in our view timber trellis type items should be used instead. In addition, this PA is unclear about whether the existing & somewhat ramshackle lighting & loose wiring throughout the garden would be removed - it should be. In addition the treatment of the garden boundary is unclear as to whether it will remain the same i.e. wooden plant boxes - it should be.
We continue to stress that any changes at the Ram should be integrated with the Eagle Wharf plans. It is all the same space and must be considered as a whole.
