Reason for objection:

Objection. Whereas the rear dormer would be barely visible from surrounding roads, the proposed side dormer would create an unwelcome precedent (none of the neighbouring properties of the same typology have visible dormer windows) & protrude onto the street scene causing harm to the character & appearance of the CA.
