Reason:

No objection. The loft conversion & new rear dormer window, though large & visible from the west riverbank looking towards CA25, are not unprecedented in this area. The new front gates & raised brick piers to the front of the property are unnecessarily high in our opinion and we would encourage the applicant to reduce them in keeping with the scale of surrounding properties, although we note this part of Albany Park Road is not in a conservation area.
