Reason for objection:

Objection.

There have been several previous applications to convert this vacant studio/ office into a residential unit & we have objected to them all. This latest application is invalid: there is no application form or DAS for example so it is impossible to deduce what materials are intended & how they would relate to the surrounding CA.

Furthermore, the amenity of the proposed residential unit remains extremely cramped with very little outdoor private space.
