Reason:

No objection. The applicant already uses the front garden for parking even if there is no dropped kerb. This PA would tidy up front boundary treatment with satisfactory materials. We would, however, prefer the design of the new gates to be flat top rather than curved top as proposed, to better match the existing character & appearance of the neighbouring properties/ area.
