Reason:

No objection. This application supersedes 23/02110 which was approved by the CAAC & officers. It proposes an extension of largely similar height & depth although the additional encroachment on rear garden space has been reduced from 500mm to 200mm which is a positive. No visibility from public highway via side passage to property.
