Reason for objection:

Objection. Proposed rear dormer is large (almost full width of roof) & would be clearly visible from the public highway (Denmark Road). Furthermore, it would be out of character with the neighbouring properties, none of which have rear dormers. This would cause harm to the character and appearance of the CA.
