Reason for objection:

Objection. The proposed extension, although to the rear of the building, has a most ungainly, blocky appearance & is not at all sympathetic to the typology of the conservation area. Furthermore, the proposed creation of a first floor rear balcony would lead to significant overlooking of neighbouring buildings & gardens.
