This is a long narrow semi detached shop with A1(retail) permission used as a kitchen showroom. This proposal is to retain a kitchen showroom to the rear of the property and create a Tattoo Studio at the front. This would require internal alterations and reclassification (A1/Sui Generis - kitchen showroom/tattoo studio)
