Reason for objection:

Whilst we have no issue with the proposed building works we are concerned with two sets of materials:-

The windows should be replaced with high quality conservation grade timber framed windows rather than UPVC.

The material for the flat roof at the rear of the property has not been identified but we would expect a high quality conservation grade material rather than using felt.
