Reason:

No objection. We gave positive support to the previous PA (23/ 01327) on this property which was approved by officers. The only change now appears to be replacing the timber construction of the proposed new rear conservatory with more traditional masonry. This feature would not be visible from the public realm &, in our view, would have no material impact on the character & appearance of the CA.
