Reason for objection:

Objection.

This is the third PA from this applicant property. Whilst we have no objection to it in principle the 3d sketches here clearly demonstrate that, although well-intentioned, no real thought has been given to the reality of how the new structure would be built. In particular, the lack of awareness of how timber cladding, brick and zinc roof come together, how collectively they relate to the existing boundary condition, & how the building sits on the ground in the Committee's view would result in a very unsightly structure all too visible from the neighbouring block and public
highway.

Furthermore there is no design & access statement with this application which is grounds alone for an objection.
