Reason:

Although in CA5, this property sits in the Maldens & Coombe Neighbourhood/ Coombe Hill Ward & therefore the PA falls under the governance of the MCNC/ MCPSC & is also being reviewed by the MC CAAC. Nonetheless, KT CAAC has no objection to it. In our view, the proposed maintenance work is of a high standard using materials appropriate to the character & appearance of the host property.
