Reason for objection:

Objection.

The proposed side roof dormer & double storey extension with its double pitch roof would be incongruous additions to this property, intrude on the street scene, spoil the symmetry of this attractive pair of early Victorian cottages & cause harm to the character & appearance of the CA. In addition, the volume of new glazing proposed to the rear elevation of the property appears excessive even if it would not be visible from the public realm.
