Reason for objection:

Objection.

We objected strongly to the previous PA for this site due to its inappropriate scale, mass & very poor design. Regrettably our concerns were ignored by the LPA.

This updated PA fails to improve the exterior elevations of the proposed building but seeks to cut costs on its interior by inter alia reducing the amount of ground floor commercial space & increasing the number of already very small co-residential units.

Strong objection maintained.
