Reason for objection:

The bulk of the proposed new dormer is excessive and incongruous within the overall roof design.

No objection to the widening of the drive entrance subject to piers being reinstated.

Further conditions:
1) Retain the decorative ridge tiles and finials
2) All new windows to be Heritage Grade
3) Ensure the existing pattern is retained on new roof slates
