Reason for objection:

The garages in question are not visible from the street; access is via a private road off Maple Road to the rear of the building. There are very few documents supporting this application. Eg no consideration has been given to noise control, parking & waste disposal arrangements in relation to the proposed micro offices. Also the conversion of the existing garages would appear to be done as cheaply as possible with very basic upvc windows & doors, which are unsuitable in a conservation area. Objection.
