Reason for objection:
The side elevation looks incongruous and will be seen from the old Malden conservation area. It has already been built and this developer has continued to flout the law by building and then asking for retrospective planning permission after completing the work. Objection on grounds of detrimental impact as described above and on regular flouting as described above.
