Reason:

This proposal follows council enforcement action to amend alterations that had been carried out to an outbuilding used for residential purposes, in order for these to comply with permitted development rights. The building is sited at the back of a very large plot and not visible from the public domain or probably by neighbouring properties.

The proposed works appear to comply with permitted development and would be in keeping with the character of the property. It would not have an adverse effect on the adjoining building nor of the area as a whole.
