This PA supersedes 23/02746 which was refused by officers because of a lack of Tree Constraints & Tree Protection Plans. These documents have now been provided although we are unable to comment on their technical nature. Also please note we flagged in our appraisal of 23/02746 that the new front lighting treatment & conservation grade items for the new roof lights had not been specified, although officers stated they could be secured by condition. These matters remain outstanding in the current PA.
