Reason for objection:

Objection. Our comments on PA 24/00846 refer. The fascia signage should not be backlit plastic. The advertising film above the shop frontage at first floor level is in contravention of the Town & Country (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 & the LPA’s own guidance on development in CAs & must be refused.
