Reason:
The proposed extension proposes reproducing the shape, form and appearance of the existing garage but taller and on a larger scale though it continues to be subordinate to the main existing building. It however, continues the existing unbalanced appearance of the front elevation. It is unfortunate that the opportunity has not been taken to add harmony to the overall appearance by a different form of extension to mirror the extension on the other side of the main building. However, though that might be desirable what is proposed is acceptable. No objection.
