Reason for objection:

Objection.

Signage/ lettering should be painted or in similar quality materials, not vinyl as proposed, to maintain the character & appearance of the CA.

Furthermore, we have not received the PA for the repainting of this building (supporting plans, photos here refer). We object to the colour palette, which is a garish combination of 2 contrasting colours & would not blend in with its surroundings. Something more neutral (like the existing scheme) is necessary to maintain the character & appearance of the CA.
