Reason for objection:

Notwithstanding the location to the rear of the property, we believe this to be over development leading to a poor quality design, impacting on the existing property and its facade. No information is provided on the proposed roofing materials and the drawings are not of sufficient quality to be able to see how the proposed extension would sit with the existing upper floors - there appears to be a clash with windows. It is not clear how the two additional bedsits will be serviced eg space for additional refuse, parking, amenity space etc. and it is therefore not possible to comment on the impact of these aspects on the CA.
