Objection unless revised as below.

Height of new outbuilding should be reduced to 2.5m (from 2.7m), to conform to planning regulations, as it would lie within 2m of the rear garden boundary. Also, metal cladding to side of new outbuilding, even if not visible from the public highway, would be incongruous and not in keeping with the character & appearance of the CA.
