Objection unless revised as below.

This PA follows 22/03229 which the CAAC objected to & was refused by officers.

The front skylights appear to be acceptable as of conservation grade & the neighbouring property already has some.

The proposed rear dormer has been reduced slightly in size with timber (rather than aluminium) fenestration to match existing details, which we support. However, the proposed zinc ‘cheeks’ of the new dormer have been retained & would jar with the existing roof scape which is clearly visible from the public highway. A more traditional, less intrusive material should be chosen instead in order to maintain the character & appearance of the CA.
