Reason for objection:

Objection unless as revised below. In principle we cannot condone the use of uPVC in a CA. However we are aware some neighbouring buildings, including #18 which is locally listed, have already installed plastic fenestration - as this applicant points out. Nonetheless, the applicant should be required to submit samples prior to any decision - there are none in this PA. Furthermore, we strongly recommend conservation-grade items, which are now widely available on the market.
