Reason for objection:
Though not visible from street view this is a poor quality structure situated in a prominent location on entry to the site. The drawings and the design and access statement do not illustrate the relationship and impact but assessment would be that this would be highly negative. The location seems strange in relation to the proximity of existing trees which is unnecessarily close raising issues about impact on roots.
