Reason for objection:

The bladed/ hanging sign must not be internally lit. Swan-neck lighting of fascia signage not favoured, even though there are a few other extant examples in the CA, because it is intrusive & distracts from the character & appearance of the listed building & wider CA. If illumination is absolutely essential (we believe it is not), then discreet trough lighting is preferred.
Vinyl based window advertising already appears to be in place along side elevation however no details have been included in this PA. This advertising is reminiscent of a wall and is inappropriate to the setting of this Grade II listed building. The AC units to the rear of the building should be screened as should the existing bins.
