Reason:

This property fronting Queens Road has no garage but a long garden which has been divided to provide a site on which to build a 1 bedroom house and parking for three cars. The house is not completely visible from the road and access is provided via the access road to the garages of the next door property. Parking spaces are scarce on Queens Road and extra parking is, therefore, valuable and welcome.
