Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below Although this represents an improvement on the previous, refused PA (24/00194), increasing by 500mm the ridge height of the existing hip roof design to the front elevation without eg increasing the height of the eaves by a similar amount produces an unsatisfactory result - in our view the roof would be out of proportion to the rest of the property & its neighbours & therefore cause harm to the character & appearance of the CA.

In addition the roof lights proposed have not been specified as conservation grade.
