No objection. Detail of pre-existing planning approval (17/16872/FUL) for a similar-sized/ designed property comprising 4 flats is no longer available on RBK website. However, a single family dwelling, as now proposed to the same scale & build quality, is a better solution in what is a fairly congested part of this conservation area.
