Reason for objection:

Objection. This is a prominent & sensitive location & any additions/ alterations to the existing structures should be made to blend in seamlessly with the natural park/ riverside environment. We have reservations with this application because of the plastic roof, UPVC guttering, heating elements & festoon lighting - none of which have been clearly illustrated eg by use of CGIs - meaning we are unable to give the benefit of the doubt.
