Reason for objection:
No roof plans were provided so it is difficult to see the extent of the proposed lift box.
We would prefer to see the box having a tiled pitched roof and better integrated somehow with the dormer. This would avoid the use of a artificial flat roof membrane which isn't a conservation grade material.
