Reason for objection:

No objection in principle but more information requested on (1) Any potential impact of the proposed building and its foundations on the roots of the protected English Oak Tree (ie the applicant should provide an arboricultural implications assessment in accordance with BS5837) and (2) No details of external materials provided - further information needs to be provided to ensure the building needs to be constructed to a quality that is suitable for the Conservation Area including a design for the roof that does not rely on felt.
