This PA is also being reviewed by MC CAAC who reviewed its predecessor PA (19/02935). In KT CAAC’s view the proposals for the frontage of the property (visible from the road) are generally acceptable with the exception of the new side extension. This element has a very strange roof line, accentuated by a roof light, & disturbs the symmetry of the original property, which is locally listed. We believe it should be modified, more in keeping with the character & appearance of the host property, or removed altogether.
