Reason:

It is rare to see not only such a thorough attempt to appraise the significance of a building (included listed buildings) but also to enhance a Conservation Area. While it is a shame that the applicant has not chosen timber framed windows, in this instance the uPVC units will be a significant improvement on what is already there.

We are mostly in support of this, with some reservations over the airconditioning unit.
