Objection.

The fascia signage should not be backlit plastic.

Any advertising above the shopfront eg at 1st floor level (DAS visuals refer) is in contravention of The Town & Country (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 & the LPA’s own guidance on development in CAs & should be refused.
