Reason:
This application is poorly presented. The DAS states the property in question is not in a CA whereas, of course, it is (CA24). The application form is incomplete (e.g. no detail given of proposed works/ materials etc) & the plans/ drawings are rudimentary at best. Also, given the property’s close proximity to the grade 2 listed Hermes Hotel, any alterations will need to be handled with great care - which has not been addressed in the application.
