Reason for objection:

We are unable to support this proposal without further detail. Whilst we don't object to the principal of the development, we are concerned about the lack of detail. At the ground floor, a contemporary extension will rely on careful choice of materials, colour and detailing - no detail is provided. Eg how does the window join/work on the corner. We are concerned about the reference to a single ply membrane roof as this is not to a high enough specification.
We do not believe that the proportions of the sliding doors to be appropriate in respect of the existing age of the building, they should be divided into 4or 5 panels, not 3.
We are also concerned that the dormer windows are too large, being out of proportion with the scale of the roof.
