Reason:

The security issues need to be addressed and this revised proposal does that. The style will be different to the low extant close timber - but the open effect green-painted metal is at least in-keeping with the Victorian character of the school itself. - proposals are an improvement on previous proposals, providing a boundary treatment in character and maintaining an open view of the buildings and of the site unlike the original solid 2 metre wooden prison type enclosure. No objections.
