Reason for objection:

Objection: This property was subject of an earlier PA (20/01184) which comprised a pair of small conservation grade skylights to the front roof, a new rear dormer & some replacement timber sash windows elsewhere. We did not object to it. The current PA, however, would result in a significant over-development of this property - a locally listed building - in particular increasing the size of the front skylights & rear dormer & the addition of a rear roof terrace. These changes would be visible from Maple & Brighton Roads & harm the character & appearance of this important and rare Victorian square.
