Reason:
The drawings showing the boundary changes indicate the erection of a low brick wall whereas the statement accompanying the planning application refers to wooden fencing. The drawing showing the boundary treatment does not specify the materials to be used for the wall or the paving. It just says permeable paving. Without this information it is not possible to comment.
However the minor proposed changes to the garden landscaping will not impact the character of the woodland.
